Sridhar Nagarajan has over two decades of experience as a banker with proven leadership, business development, mergers & acquisitions, turnaround, integration, and governance capabilities.

With an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a degree in Engineering, he is a seasoned professional, people-centric leader, strategic thinker, and turnaround expert.

After a long career with the Standard Chartered Bank, in 2015, Sridhar took the responsibility of merging and turning-around of two state-owned banks, thus establishing MauBank Ltd. In 2019, Sridhar joined IQ-EQ as Regional Managing Director and is responsible for the Africa, India and Middle East markets.
