Pavan is a Partner at Iron Pillar. He has helped build & grow investment management businesses in London, Singapore, Mumbai and Dubai covering Emerging Markets and Western Europe.

He has been on various Investment and Management Committees in global firms such as Gartmore Private Equity, Hermes GPE and CVCI Private Equity since 2001 managing capital under full discretion in the private equity space for clients such as RBS Pension Plan, British Telecom Pension Scheme & Nationwide Insurance and advising clients such as Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, Pantheon Ventures, KKR and Family Offices on investments across private market strategies.

Pavan serves on the Global Advisory Board of Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, India. Pavan earned his Bachelors degree & a MBA degree from Mumbai University, India. He has also completed the Investment Management Certificate under the CFA Society, UK and the Executive Program in Private Equity & Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.
