Manish Aggarwal is a Partner and Head of Infrastructure, Disinvestments and Special Situations for KPMG in India.
He has over 25 years of transaction and consulting experience in the Infrastructure and financial services space; working across multiple geographies.
He has worked closely with some of the largest global investors, pension / sovereign funds, strategic developers, multilateral agencies and government enterprises.
His areas of expertise include corporate and project finance, M&A advisory, valuation, divestments, deal negotiations, regulatory reforms & restructuring, and Public Private Partnerships.
He is also a member of the various committees in the Infrastructure and Special Situations related areas.
