Ms. Jain has 29 years of experience across financial markets in Europe & Asia, across corporate and structured finance, and across private credit, structured credit and debt capital markets. She has worked extensively across various functions covering origination, structuring, underwriting, risk and fund raising. As CEO of BPEA Credit, Ms. Jain is responsible for overseeing the entire business and driving expansion in the keys markets of India and Southeast Asia. Over the last eleven years, Ms. Jain, along with a highly experienced team, has led the creation and build-out of one of the leading private credit management firms in Asia, focused on the fast growing mid-market corporate sector in India. Before moving back to India in 2008, Ms. Jain was based in London for nearly ten years, where she worked as Managing Director at HSBC, and prior to that as Director at Barclays Capital, in the Structured Credit business focused on the European markets. Earlier in her career, she had also worked in the Asian debt capital markets across debt syndication, loan trading & risk, based out of Hong Kong and prior to that, in project finance out of India.

Ms. Jain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from VNIT and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
