Dinkar leads the Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy practice for EY in India. 

He has led multiple engagements – both as Advisor and as Interim Management – focused on Crisis Management, Liquidity Management & the Turnaround of stressed businesses in the retail, industrial products, infrastructure and automotive components space.  His functional expertise includes Turnaround & Restructuring, Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory.  He has over 24 years of professional experience and has been an integral part of EY’s Strategy & Transactions team in India for the last 20 years.

Dinkar has been a keen participant in the Private Credit (Stressed and Performing) space in India for over 10 years and has worked with funds on multiple transactions – both in pre-deal value assessment and in post-deal value creation.  He is one of the first registered Insolvency Professionals in India and has contributed actively to the development of the stressed asset resolution framework in India.  He is currently President Designate of INSOL India.

Dinkar is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi.
