Anupum is Executive Director at Capital Square Partners (“CSP”), which represents an Asia-focused private equity firm with headquarters Singapore. He is responsible for fundraising, origination, deal-making, oversight for its investments, and importantly, the firm’s key growth initiatives and is part of the Singapore-based team. In addition, he assists CSP’s portfolio companies, including StarTek, Movate (formerly CSS Corp), and Relevance Labs on Corporate Development initiatives in concert with its executive management. Anupum has a variety of deal exposure to various sectors including technology, logistics, hospitals and healthcare, hospitality and consumer, and education primarily across Asia including Southeast Asia and India, the United States, and Europe.

Anupum joined CSP after having spent nearly a decade in private equity and venture capital in Asia and Southeast Asia representing approximately $400mm in total deal value and brings 17 years of prior investment and advisory experience to CSP. He has led and co-led investment expansion across Asia including Vietnam and India, while supporting origination and portfolio management in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. 

Anupum is routinely invited as a guest speaker to conferences and seminars, and provides thought leadership on a variety of topics within the investment community. Current and past
board memberships include the Yale Club of Singapore, the Oxford & Cambridge Society of Singapore, and the Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association.
