Anisha's background includes being one of India's first female startup founders, having founded and scaled Mydala, a local services marketing platform, and selling her digital content company, Kinis, to Obeo, a US marketing firm. Anisha's journey began with her work for the Clinton Administration on the Springboard initiative, which helped women entrepreneurs secure funding. Today, she continues to inspire and empower women entrepreneurs as a role model for future generations.
As President of the jury for the Cartier Women Initiative Awards in the Asia-Oceana region, Anisha is widely recognized for her contributions to diversity and inclusion in the business world. In 2020, she was named one of The Top 100 Global Diversity Leaders. In 2018, she was ranked among the Top 10 women CEOs outside the US by Crunchbase.
